Scope of Work

  • Packing of specialist unique assets into bespoke crates in Switzerland
  • All benchtop and Tier 2 assets handled for the move at both locations
  • Temp controlled assets handled including -80 and 2-8 temperatures
  • Chemicals also packed, managed, transported by Aport

Project Coordination

Aport project managers worked on the ground in Switzerland to ensure all assets handled in line with protocols


UK team work closely with the customer to prepare and then integrate the Swiss delivery

Significant Challenges

  • Customs guidance for a customer with no prior experience
  • Very delicate, custom built asset transfer from Zurich which included sensitive lasers
