Scope of Work

Project Coordination

A full project team worked on the ground from Aport including destination teams in the US and Singapore

There was a 9 month pre-planning period with extensive focus on reducing the overall project timelines to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime of assets once relocated

Significant Challenges

  • US FDA pre-clearance required due to delivery timelines required Multiple areas packed simultaneously and often out of sequence
hazardous material
